The guide was very good and knowledgeable
Mercedes was a terrific guide! She shared many many historical and cultural stories about the city's history really bringing Bilbao to full color. She also shared a helpful guide to her local favorite places to eat, shop, etc. Highly recommend.
Good information and great energy. I would caution against using English curse words as if they are normal words. Older people in particular dislike constant vulgarity (f bombs, sxxx, etc.) these have become normal in movies, tv and music, but are still considered course and distasteful by normal people. Your was great though.
